This is me.
My name is Haissem Batilo (also known as Sem or Shem), and I am currently a student and a photography hobbyist living in the Philippines.
I was born in Roxas City, Capiz, known as the Seafood Capital of the Philippines. I recently live in Iloilo City, often called the City of Love for my education. I am Roman Catholic and a full-blooded Filipino. I describe myself as friendly, kind, and loving, although some people describe me as caring, helpful, snobbish, and joyful. Sometimes, you may see me alone, especially when I am left behind. I rarely play video games because I prefer watching videos.
I don’t have many achievements, but I am proud that I finished high school, allowing me to continue my college education. During my first year of college, I served as the Classroom Vice Mayor and was part of the production team at CASSC. I don’t believe I have any standout talents because I am still unsure of what I want to do. I have tried to develop skills such as photography, videography, and editing, but due to a lack of resources, I have slowly lost interest. I fear making mistakes and being judged by others.
I am working on overcoming my shyness, weaknesses, and sadness to become more confident. I am also developing my programming and IT-related skills because I believe they will be useful in the future. I don’t have a clear plan for my future yet, but I am focused on my studies, aiming to graduate and find work. I try my best to improve myself and become more sensible.
